Safe one-sentence description:

uQuad RPC is a private, quote-first, API-key-gated Cosmos RPC service surface
for selected self-hosted nodes.

Do say:

- uQuad RPC is private endpoint access.
- Access is quote-first.
- Customer endpoint hostnames require an API key.
- Unauthenticated customer endpoint requests are refused.
- Usage is referenced in compute units.
- Payment terms are controlled by the accepted quote and memo path.
- The service is separate from Infra memory, Core monetary state, Bridge
  passage, and Liquid settlement.
- lava.rpc.uquad.org is a provider lane, not customer raw RPC.

Payment language:

Payment is quote-first. Do not describe a customer payment as accepted unless
there is a paying wallet address, quote ID, invoice ID, memo, and receipt path.
Preferred memo format is:

rpc:<wallet_address>:<quote_id>

How to describe buying CU:

The customer buys CU by requesting a quote first. The quote gives the exact
chains, interfaces, CU allowance, accepted denom, payment address, amount, memo,
expiry, and endpoint boundary. After the payment matches that quote and is
confirmed, the feeder links the CU allowance to the paying wallet address and
the customer receives an API key and allowance. Public self-serve top-up is not
open yet.

Reference bundles:

- 1M CU is a $2 USD-target reference bundle.
- 25M CU is a $50 USD-target reference bundle.
- 100M CU is a $200 USD-target reference bundle.
- Heavy or unusual usage is custom quote-only.

Status language:

status.uquad.org may show live reachability and sync labels. That is
observational status, not a guarantee of finality, completeness, ordering,
correctness, or uptime.

Boundary language:

RPC access does not create token allocation, yield, redemption value,
governance right, reward eligibility, ownership, chain authority, or future
entitlement.

If unsure, quote the boundary:

admit value, settle value, or prove chain truth by itself."
